Ok...ok...we know what you're asking: "Why do I need my new construction home inspected?"
That's a very good question, with a very reasonable answer. People make mistakes.
Building a new home is a very complicated process, and these days, most of the work is performed by sub-contractors rather than by the builder's own two hands.
It would be nearly impossible to finish building a home without missing something. A plumbing fixture that didn't get tested for leaks, or an electrical outlet that didn't get connected properly can be over-looked during the building process.
While these are minor issues, identifying them early will allow you to bring them up with the builder and get them resolved before they become an unpleasant surprise when you're moving in to your new dream home.
